How Sese’s Cookies Began

I arrived in America in 2023 when I was just 23 years old, filled with excitement and curiosity. One of the first things that amazed me was how many places sold cookies—each shop had its own unique flavors and style. I quickly became fascinated by what made every cookie so special. It wasn’t just about sweetness; it was the warmth and comfort they brought with every bite.

Determined to learn more, I started visiting farmers’ markets, chatting with local bakers, and gathering tips and advice. Then, I’d go home and experiment in my kitchen, testing different methods and ingredients. For each batch—whether a success or a flop—I learned something new. Over time, I discovered that my true passion wasn’t just baking cookies; it was sharing these little bites of happiness with others.

In May 2024, I took a leap of faith and set up my very first booth at a local farmers’ market. The support and feedback I received were incredible. People tasted my cookies and felt the same joy that first inspired me to start baking. That’s when I knew: I wanted to keep bringing that happiness to more and more people.

Today, every cookie I make is a reflection of that journey—a blend of my love for baking, the knowledge I’ve gathered from wonderful mentors, and my belief that every small treat can carry a big piece of comfort. Right under our logo, you’ll see the words “Made with Love,” because that’s the heart and soul behind every dough I roll and every cookie I bake.
